I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund, so I’m a bit confused about what’s taking so long. I thought it would be straightforward, but it’s turning into more of a headache than I expected.

I ordered this from levillebeauty.com and had kind of a mixed experience. The scent is actually really nice, soft, not overpowering, which I appreciated. But the texture was thicker than I expected and didn’t spread as easily as I’d hoped. I also felt a little like nobody actually read my message when I reached out, which made the whole thing feel less personal. It’s not a bad product, just probably not something I’d go out of my way to buy again

I wanted to like it, I really did, but, i just can’t justify the price. For what you get, it didn’t feel worth the cost to me.

I’m kind of on the fence with this one. Some of the ingredients look fine to me, but a few make me hesitant, so I’m being careful before using it too much. I’d rather double-check what I’m putting on or in my body than regret it later.

I went in hoping for a full-on beauty treasure hunt, and while there were definitely some nice products, it felt like the adventure ended way too soon. I did find a few things I liked, but the selection was a little limited, especially when it came to different brands and shade options. Not a total disaster by any means, but I definitely left wishing there was more to choose from.

It took longer than I expected to get here. Not a huge deal, but I was kinda hoping it would arrive sooner.

The site was a little slow for me, and a few product pages kept shifting around while I was trying to read, which got mildly frustrating. Checkout did go through in the end, but parts of it felt a bit unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure at first if my order had been placed. The prices seemed fair, and I might give it another try sometime, but the website could definitely use a little polishing.

The order arrived just fine, no issues there. But, uh, after using the cream for a couple of days, my face started feeling itchy and dry. It might work well for someone else, but yeah... it just wasn’t a good fit for my skin.

i mean, I used one of their beauty products for a few weeks and it wasn’t bad. My skin did feel a bit softer, so I noticed a small difference, but it wasn’t the big change I was hoping for. For the price, it felt average overall.

My order was totally messed up. They sent different shades than the ones I picked, and one item wasn’t even in the package. It was annoying, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again...

I ordered from levillebeauty.com, and honestly?? The packaging was just not it. The box was super thin and looked like it had already been through a whole disaster before it even got to my door...
When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside!!! So of course the product had leaked a little, and the outside was all sticky. Definitely not what I was expecting, especially for beauty items.

I know shipping can be rough sometimes, but this really felt careless. Like... come on, packaging matters!! I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they ship stuff...

I only needed a simple answer, but it took days to hear back. They did reply eventually, so it's not like they ignored me completely, but it felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a basic response.

It’s decent overall, especially if you’re trying not to spend too much. The quality is okay, but a few of the items did feel a bit cheap, so I’m not sure I’d pay more for it
